If you would like to speak to someone about personal situation, please call our office number 01851 701 755 and a member of our team will ask you for information including your contact details, and a brief outline of the issues you would like support with. We will then get back in touch with appointment details to meet with the relevant member of our team.
We have an open referral policy and will accept referrals from any source. You can be referred by statutory agencies such as Social Workers, Health Care Workers, Education providers etc. An individual can also be referred into the service by a relative, carer, friend or neighbour.
We will accept referrals by email or phone with a referral form available here if required.
